Consultant for Ingram Spark refund policy is not applicable when:
You choose a discounted coupon
You choose a promo/special service package
You have approved the initial draft
You have requested revisions
You have canceled the order due to non-related reasons in regard to the Consultant for Ingram Spark and its policies
You have not contacted Consultant for Ingram Spark for more than 2 weeks since the project initiated
You have violated Consultant for Ingram Spark terms & conditions and privacy policy
You have approached another service provider or freelancer for the same project assigned to Consultant for Ingram Spark
You have provided an incomplete project brief
You have demanded a change in any draft
You have exceeded the maximum time allowed to request a refund and make claims
You have other reasons such as change of mind, dispute with your partners, or other similar reasons
You have approved the deliverables
You have accepted multiple revisions for any service
You have ordered a bundle service and are dissatisfied with any specific service; refund can only be claimed against that specific service and not the complete bundle
You have failed to provide the initial project brief within 10 days of order placement

We will try to resolve your query promptly according to our revision policy. If we cannot, we will send you a refund approval from our refund department. After a refund is issued, the rights to your draft transfer to Consultant for Ingram Spark, and you are no longer permitted to use any version of the content provided.
You agree that upon refund, you will not claim any ownership or usage rights to the materials created by Consultant for Ingram Spark.
All refund requests will be handled according to the following conditions:
If the request is made before the delivery of the initial draft, you are eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
If the request is made within 48 to 120 hours after the initial draft delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial draft delivery. However, we encourage you to contact us if you have concerns, as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
All refund communications must go through our support department. Consultant for Ingram Spark reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the specific case and user agreement violations.
